WARRANTY SUPPORT

OVERVIEW

The details of C-ONE WARRANTY are as below. The C-ONE Warranty can be applied to all of the items sold by C-ONE and we are willing to help you to replace another product under our warranty program procedures.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

For the genuine parts fot Volvo excavator, Doosan and Hyungai heavy equipment, we guarantee fot 10days after receiving and 30days after installing. However for the electronic products and used parts are not applicable fot the warranty.

FREIGHT CHARGE ISSUE

Firstly, customer needs to send the parts by freight prepaid. After confiming that the parts are defected, C-ONE will cover the freight cost.

ADDITIONAL ISSUE CAUSED BY DEFECTED PARTS

If the parts are proved as defected, C-ONE has obligation to replace product and compensate freight charge. But we don`t have responsibility to the other additional cost caused by delay of repairing parts.

WARRANTY CLAIM REPORT FORM

• 1. Your name & address
• 2. Your telephone and fax numbers
• 3. Order number
• 4. Date of shipment
• 5. The product part number and name
• 6. Claim quantity
• 7. Fault description in detail
• 8. Evidencing photos

Once your warranty claim is validated, C-ONE well issue a Warranty Acknoledment(WA) document by e-mail or fax including our compensation plan within 14days after receiving the report.
If a returned product is out of the published policies, the warranty claim will ne BOT accepatable.
For such cases, C-ONE will provied notice to you within 14days after receiving receipt of return.
Your co-operation in these procedures will help C-ONE to save returning time for your claim and it will also provied C-ONE with better and more reliable failure analysis of the product, resulting in higher qulity products and superior support.
